Welcome to Intelligent.Page, a service operated by Singularity Location Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). 1. About the Service

Intelligent.Page is a software-as-a-service platform that helps you model your organisation and generate working documents, interfaces, and related artefacts using automated agents. Features available to you may depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are shown on the Service at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported methods) and PayPal. By making a payment you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
  • Prices may change from time to time. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will provide reasonable notice of any price increase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by transmitting malware or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
  • Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, data, and documents you upload to or create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Singularity Location Solutions Pvt Ltd and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs generated by the Service will be accurate or fit for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singularity Location Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
