What is a credit, and how many does a task use?

Credits are the unit of work. A task spends them across every stage it runs — clarification, planning, the agents that fan out for depth, the reviewer that comments on the result, and the organiser that files the outputs. A short answer against an already-modelled organisation costs a handful. A full chain that researches, builds a model, drafts a deck and a plan, and files them all costs meaningfully more. Every run shows an estimate before it starts and the exact spend afterwards, and your usage page keeps the running ledger.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

The plan is identical either way — same credits, same agents, same features. Paying yearly charges twelve months up front at a lower monthly rate. Switch the toggle above the plans to see both prices.

What do I get before paying anything?

Accepted Answer

The free plan gives you 400 credits, no card required. That is enough to point us at your files, have the organisation modelled into a knowledge graph, and run real tasks against it — documents, spreadsheets, decks, boards and charts, with public share links. You only move to a paid plan when you want the model kept current every day rather than modelled once.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs through Razorpay and PayPal. Razorpay covers cards, UPI, net banking and wallets; PayPal covers PayPal balances and the cards attached to a PayPal account. Whichever appears on a plan is what that plan supports.

What happens to my credits if I run out mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Tasks are checked against your balance before they start, so a run will not begin part-way and strand you with a half-finished chain. If a balance is too low, the task holds rather than failing. Paid plans also refresh a daily allowance on top of the monthly pool, so day-to-day work keeps moving even in a heavy month.

What happens when I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Upgrading moves you onto the new plan and its allowances. An account holds one active subscription at a time, so cancel the current plan before starting a different one. Your knowledge graph, directories, documents and share links are untouched by any plan change.

Question 7

How do I cancel, and how do refunds work?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from your subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. Amounts already charged for a period in progress are non-refundable, since the service was available for that period. Duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation, or a payment where the subscription never activated are refunded in full — contact us within 7 days and it goes back to the original payment method.

Where do I find invoices and payment history?

Your billing settings page lists every subscription, its status, and the payment history behind it. Provider receipts are also emailed by Razorpay or PayPal at the time of each charge.

Is my organisation’s data private?

Accepted Answer

Your files, knowledge graph, and everything the agents produce from them belong to your account. Nothing is shared with other accounts, and nothing is published until you create a share link yourself. Data controls let you export or delete your workspace at any time. Enterprise adds retention and model policy set to your own rules.

Enterprise is scoped to your organisation: credit and limit policy set to your rules, the choice of which model runs behind each stage of a chain, the admin console with members, roles and view-as, error triage, an onboarding and modelling session, and co-building with the team.
