Solutions · Founder's office

Everything the founder shouldn’t be doing personally.

intelligent.page models the whole company — metrics, teams, workstreams, the board — and turns the founder’s office into a request away: updates drafted, decks built, OKRs scored, blockers surfaced.

The office of one, doing the work of five

The founder’s office exists so the founder can think. Most weeks, it is assembling documents instead.

The deck eats the week before every board meeting

Numbers chased across teams, slides rebuilt from scratch, and the narrative written at midnight — every single quarter.

Metrics scattered across everyone’s tools

Finance has one sheet, growth has another, ops has a dashboard — and the Monday pack is the manual union of all three.

Every answer routes through you

“What did we decide about retail?” “Where is the hiring plan?” The company’s memory lives in your inbox.

The rhythm slips when the quarter heats up

Fundraise weeks swallow the operating cadence — the reviews, check-ins and updates that keep everyone aligned.

A quarter, carried

The founder’s-office loop — each recurring deliverable returns as a live interface that stays current.

1Investor relations

The update that writes itself honestly

Monthly updates drafted from the actual metrics, the board docs and every workstream — numbers first, the honest misses named, and asks specific enough to get answered.

What goes in the September investor update?

2Board meetings

A board deck argued, not assembled

The quarterly deck built from the company model — each slide carries its claim, its evidence and its source, so board prep becomes review, not production.

What must the Q3 board deck argue, slide by slide?

3Goals

OKRs scored from reality

A scorecard that pulls current numbers against targets, names owners, and marks where confidence comes from — updated when the metrics move, not when someone remembers.

Which company objectives are actually on track this quarter?

21

4Workstreams

See what is blocked across the company

Fundraise, hiring, expansion and compliance on one board — with the blocked column always honest, because it is drawn from the work, not from status theatre.

What is blocked across the company, and who unblocks it?

5Operating rhythm

A cadence that survives busy weeks

Metrics Mondays, board prep, partner meetings and all-hands on one calendar — the rhythm laid out against the quarter so the important recurring things stop losing to the urgent ones.

Does the week protect maker time and still hit every review?

6Metrics

The numbers, always current

Revenue against burn, the efficiency lines the board asks about, and the KPI pack that used to take a morning — now a page that keeps itself current.

Is growth outrunning burn, and when does the gap close?

Model. Serve. Steer.

The same engine behind every page on this site, pointed at your company.

Model

Teams, metrics, decisions and workstreams modelled as one organisation — the company’s memory, outside your inbox.

Serve

Pages that self-update — the update, the deck, the scorecard, the KPI pack: the interface each deliverable needs.

Steer

Boundaries you set — what the board sees, what investors see, what all-hands sees, each drawn from the same model.

Questions, answered

Who is this for — the founder, or the founder’s office?

Both. A chief of staff uses it to produce the recurring deliverables; a founder without one uses it as the founder’s office they haven’t hired. Either way, the company model does the assembling.

How does it know our numbers?

You hand it what you already have — sheets, exports, docs, dashboards. It models them into one picture and every deliverable draws on that model, with sources and assumptions marked.

Can the board see one thing and the team another?

Yes — directories and boundaries decide what goes into each dossier and who sees it. The board pack, the investor update and the all-hands view can all be drawn from the same model with different boundaries.

What happens when the numbers change after the deck is built?

The pages self-update — a deck or scorecard built on the model stays current as the model does, so the version you present is never the version from three edits ago. When the room wants files, decks export to PowerPoint and sheets to Excel with formulas intact.
